Bugs suck

I am covered in mosquito bites. It'll be surpising if I don't come down with a case of malaria. LOL. I have counted and currently have 32 bites. I took the kids to a birthday party for one of Dylan's friends on Saturday and it was in their wooded backyard. Here's the gross part - the mosquitos somehow got *into* my freaking bathing suit. (Oh, it was a pool party). I have at least 9 bites on a cluster on my hip. Anyone who knows what I look like also knows that I do not wear a bathing suit that would expose my hip! So, the jerks got under my suit. That part is just freaking me out. I don't do bugs anyway, but the fact that they were *in there* and biting me is just gross. Fall, where are you??????

Speaking of fall, the kids and I just can't wait. Shawn always says "don't get too excited, it's still far off." But we can't help it. Halloween is just the best! The leaves turning colors is amazing. The cooler weather, the trips to the pumpkin patch. It's all good!!! The kids and I love to go to craft stores and other places and just browse in the Halloween section. We've already done it once this year. They get SO excited. They're like "MOM, look at this one! Look at this spider. This pumpkin is COOL!" I bet they will remember how much we loved Halloween and fall when they are older. :-)
